Today went fine. I'm ahead of schedule. Backend ERP is up and running. Data warehouse databases are restored. Just Reporting is behind schedule. The migration of the old reporting environment to the new server is extremely slow. This will take more than 30 hours. So in the end, this reporting thing could be the weak link in the whole migration.
